Shipping policy
Printables (digital downloads)
There's no shipping cost on printables. As soon as your payment is complete, you'll get a download link on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Please check your spam folder if the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
Physical products: where we ship
We currently ship within Australia only. Physical products are sent directly from Australian warehouses by our supplier.
Shipping costs
- Standard shipping: $9.95 on orders under $100
- Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more
The exact shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
- Processing: orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery: usually 2–7 business days after dispatch for metro areas, and up to 10 business days for regional and remote areas.
If you order items from more than one supplier, they may arrive in separate parcels. Tracking details are emailed to you once your order ships.
Remote areas
A small number of very remote postcodes can't be delivered to. If your address is one of them, we'll contact you and refund your order in full.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, email us at hello@calmmorningsco.com.au with your order number and we'll sort it out.
