These terms apply when you visit or buy from Calm Mornings Co. ("we", "us", "our") at calmmorningsco.com.au. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the store.

1. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Where these terms seem to conflict with those rights, your rights under the law come first.

2. About our products

Calm Mornings Co. sells printable routine charts, planners and related family organisation tools, delivered as digital downloads (PDF). We also sell kids' play and home products, such as play tents, play mats, toy storage and travel trays, which are shipped to you from Australian warehouses by our supplier.

Our products are everyday organisation tools for families. They are not medical, psychological or therapeutic products, and they are not a treatment for any condition. If you have concerns about your child's health, development or behaviour, please talk to your GP or a qualified health professional.

We take care to describe and show our products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen and printer.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments and PayPal). We don't see or store your full card details.

If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a mistake, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.

4. Digital downloads

After your payment goes through, you'll get a download link on the order confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Please download and save your files promptly. If you have trouble downloading or opening a file, email us and we'll help.

5. Licence for personal use

When you buy a printable, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to download it and print as many copies as you need for your own household, or for your own classroom if you're a teacher.

You may not:

share, email, upload or pass on the files (or copies of them) to other people;
resell, sublicense or give away the files, printed copies or anything made from them;
use the designs in products you sell, or claim them as your own work.

All designs, text and artwork remain the property of Calm Mornings Co. and are protected by copyright.

6. Refunds and returns

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In short, because digital files can't be returned, we don't offer refunds if you simply change your mind about a printable. If a file is faulty, won't open, is incomplete or isn't as described, we'll fix it or refund you. This doesn't limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Physical products

Physical products ship within Australia only. Shipping costs and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy and shown at checkout before you pay. Risk in the goods passes to you when they're delivered to the address you gave us.

8. Your account and information

You're responsible for giving us accurate contact and delivery details. We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. Using our website

You agree not to misuse our store, for example by trying to access it without authorisation, interfering with how it works, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or cancel orders that we reasonably believe are fraudulent.

We try to keep the store running smoothly, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to section 1, we aren't liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our store or products. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, our liability for a product is limited to replacing it, supplying it again, or refunding the price you paid.

11. Links to other websites

Our store may link to other websites, such as payment providers or social media. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of those websites.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
